Royal Productions, Inc. has sold its 12 consumer events to AGI Events, Inc.
Royal Productions, Inc. is a Richmond, Virginia based producer of 12 shows in the boat, home & garden, RV and camping markets. The shows are located in Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania.
The shows acquired from Royal Productions, Inc. will form a regional group within AGI Events. David Posner, one of the founders of Royal Productions, will lead the group where he will serve as Vice President and General Manager.
"The sale of the Royal Productions' 12 events to AGI Events creates a solid foundation for more growth for AGI going forward and will allow for more strategic acquisitions" says Nick Curci, President of Corporate Solutions, LLC. AGI Events, Inc. is a division of Affinity Group, Inc., which owns and operates recreation focused consumer shows throughout North America. The division currently produces shows serving the RV, boat, motorcycle, snowmobile, ATV, golf, home, garden and ice fishing markets. Affinity Group, Inc. also owns other media companies including Ehlert Publishing; which produces consumer magazines in the boat, camping, snow mobile, ATV and motorcycle industries.
Corporate Solutions, LLC exclusively represented Royal Productions, Inc. on the sale of their events to AGI Events, Inc.
